The “Al Muntazim” Row Bungalows is built on 80ft width 50ft length East facing narrow plot, located in a sub-urban residential area in Malegaon, Nashik. The clients approached Athar Faizee Architects to build an affordable housing unit which would be simple from outside, but comfortable and convenient on the inside.

The façade of the building is designed as to look broad & spacious from outside. It has 6 units of individual house with a size of 13ft width and 50ft length. Each bungalow is designed for a single family with 3 bedrooms, one is on the ground floor and others are at the first floor, each bedrooms has a washroom attached from inside and has enclosed balcony with beautiful landscaping. Also each unit has a separate parking & small seating area at the front along with the entrance door. It has one small courtyard which is open to sky, to provide natural ventilation and allows sun light to come inside the bungalow.
