The foyer of this house connects to the formal drawing area with a metallic glass partition making it look visually bigger yet creating distinctive spaces. The round ceiling & the window add a whole new dimension. Not to miss the finely curated mouldings and the showstopper centre table & the side table done in patina finish, breathing luxury from its entire length and breadth.
The discreet design in the Italian flooring looks chic yet effortless. The sprawling living area adjoining the balcony oozes out warmth and liveliness with white and ivory as the dominating colours with a heavy natural stone flower panelling acting as the perfect highlighter for the space. The modern contemporary furniture rightly blends into the mood of the whole area.
Attached to this is the Dining area, the focal point being a lux white, golden bordered dining table encircled by lavish velvet chairs, adorned with a vintage fandelier that makes it fall in love at first sight.
All the rooms of the house are thoughtfully curated with neat and sharp interiors, keeping the colour palette muted and earthy with pop of colours to highlight the space. The fine detailing in the house done creates a lasting impression.
The washrooms being compact are beautifully designed in Italian marble with ledge walls, shelves and niches wherever possible to create enough utility spaces.
Kitchen is made on site with white shaker style cabinets with a golden matte edging giving a strong visual appeal.
The balcony is adorned with a deep blue vintage bar alongside a natural stone water body to enjoy a picturesque view of the changing sky.
This home perfectly resonates with the client’s persona & makes it an absolute fit to be called a house of dreams.
