Nothing has happened in the past forty years, so the substance has degenerated into a ruin. The new planning takes up the traditional building structures for a three-storey terraced residential complex.

Architecturally, the terraced residential complex with the cantilevering and storey-wise staggered roof terraces will consider the special location of the place: Since it is carefully set into the slope, views of the unobstructed, idyllic meadow ground are made possible. The roof terrace – as a private space under the open sky – serves as an extension of the apartment and interlocks with nature.

The building meets the standard of energy-efficient construction. With this construction project, the urban development project ” Ecological Settlement Bienenweg” in a village called Sachsen b. Ansbach will be completed.
