Architects Adamo Pinheiro, Sérgio Pinheiro and Patrícia Martinez explored the concepts of aesthetics, functionality and cost-effectiveness, using contemporary language through imposing architecture, linking striking features to lightness and comfort.
Receiving those who arrive at the residence are the deck, the pool and the gourmet veranda, open to the garden and the external area of the condominium, with direct access to the beach. The integration of these three areas allows for a comfortable seating, capable of receiving a significant number of guests at events, with furniture in wood and synthetic fiber to guarantee durability and resistance.
In the living room, with double height, the open staircase, the mezzanine, the TV space and the large dining room stand out, decorated with wooden pieces and linen fabric. Each of the five suites received a distinct color, accompanying the cheerful and contemporary style of the interior design, which highlights works of art such as the diptych by Sergio Pinheiro at the main entrance.
