It is proposed the creation of a building intended for collective housing with 12 apartments of type T3 distributed over three floors and served by two vertical access columns. There are also two floors (one of which is semi-underground), intended mainly for parking and where the entrances and common spaces are located.

The Ground floor is partially buried and is the entrance floor of the building for both people and vehicles. It contains common areas such as the common room, sanitary facilities and a compartment for garbage collection. This floor also comprises fourteen parking spaces and allows access to the outdoor leisure space to the west through the interior of the building.
The 1st Floor is intended for parking and storage spaces allocated to each fraction, with a capacity of fourteen places. A ramp allows car access from the entrance floor 0. Blocks A and B communicate horizontally both on this and on Ground floor.
The 2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor are similar both in the number of dwellings and typologies and in the living area. Each of the entrances to blocks A and B gives access to two T3 dwellings on each floor, which makes six apartments in Block A and six apartments in block B. These three floors of housing they differ only in the size of their verandas both to the north and to the south.
