Resort cabins for different groups of people in Ramsar Mountains with magnificent views of the Caspian Sea and the forest.
So the initial issues for such an idea in the heart of Ramsar nature were raised and after necessary studying, an image of the response to various needs was created in our mind, a village similar to small villages of the North of Iran specially local ones in Mazandaran, but with the contemporary and modern approach which could be a context for manifestation of the general idea of a complex that the Mishim Resort was part of it and its purpose is providing users with services at the time of their inhabitancy.

Whatever happens in Mishim Resort is calmness in the heart of nature, healthy life and adventures which are in the space far from everyday routine and the stresses of living in crowded cities, it offers a new lifestyle to its audience.
In order to meet the needs of the users, the design of the cabins was based on small, medium and large sizes, three different ones, each has its own characteristics, we tried to reach typology in the design, despite the differences , we achieved unity among the design of 3 cabins which makes the construction process even faster and easier.
The site is located in the neighborhood of the Kalak village which has special features such as sloping ground, special view of sea, forest and Ramsar town.
The important point was the arrangement of the cabins according to best views, climate factors, slope & etc. their number is 12 (2 large cabins, 6 medium cabins and 4 small cabins) according to the employer’s request.
Finally considering the climate issues the arrangement of cabins was made in such a way that each one has an eyeful view and doesn’t prevent the others view.
The form of cabins is also partly influenced by: climatic factors (rainfall, Air circulation & etc.), the native homes architecture, beautiful views and local materials like stones.
Therefore in order to lessen the occupied area on the ground and avoiding density and creating more various views, it was decided to design each cabin with a mezzanine which would allow to create terraces at a higher level, it is also important to keep the relation between the inner space with the outside beautiful nature. So tin gable roofs are the significant elements of the design, covering the northwest facades of the cabins and protecting them from rainfall and severe winds.
