Designed for a family of five, this residence explores verticality as a response to a
constrained urban plot, organizing an extensive program across four levels while maintaining spatial clarity and continuity.

With no formal entrance, the house reveals itself through an atrium where a sculptural spiral staircase — enclosed in finely crafted woodwork — anchors the space and connects all floors.
The ground floor unfolds as a fluid sequence of social areas, seamlessly integrated with the
garden designed by Isabel Duprat. Discreet, fully embedded window frames dissolve the
boundaries between interior and exterior, allowing light and landscape to permeate the
house and reinforce a sense of openness throughout.
Materiality plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere: natural wood, stone, and a
restrained palette create a calm backdrop for an extensive art collection and curated design
pieces. The upper levels accommodate the private quarters, while the top floor is dedicated
to wellness, with spaces for spa and gym.
Balancing precision and ease, the project reflects the studio’s integrated approach to
architecture and interiors — where structure, landscape, and movement converge to support a contemporary way of living.
