Gauging a 7,330 sq. ft. plot with 10,000 sq. ft. of erected- up area, this hearthstone is a sincere homecoming for a youthful couple returning to India after 15 times in the US. Their vision was clear to produce a serene, dateless home that reflects Indian artistic values while offering the comforts of ultramodern life.

This five- bedroom bungalow is designed around a striking triadic- height central yard, inspired by the traditional Indian chowk. Anchored by a lush Champa tree and a serene waterbody, this space connects all situations of the home while inviting natural light and air, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and openness.

The design responds courteously to point challenges the plot’s east and north sides are adjoined by bordering bungalows, egging the strategic placement of service areas and flies to insure sequestration. In discrepancy, the open south and west sides feature cantilevered sundecks, sundeck auditoriums , and extensive openings to harness natural light and cross ventilation.

A layered façade with slate rammed earth cladding, WPC rustic planks, and gravestone- crete textures creates a dynamic visual character while icing continuity. The innards echo the same harmony with Italian marble flooring, earthy textures, and handcrafted details. Every space — from the elegant delineation room and tranquil pooja area to the luxurious Jacuzzi zone and immersive home theatre is designed for functionality, comfort, and connection.

The home also features a glass ground, family sitting area with sculptural rudiments, and thoughtful spatial transitions that maintain a visual and emotional connection throughout. With sundecks attached to each bedroom and sundecks adorned with verdure, the design dissolves boundaries between indoors and outside.
