Bohrer Arquitetos introduces the Hause Building, a residential development that prioritizes flexibility and refined design. The architecture seeks to connect the building with the surrounding cityscape by replacing
conventional boundaries with natural landscaping elements. The transition between public
and private areas is softened through the use of pergolas, glass structures, and a welcoming
plaza at the main entrance, creating both openness and a distinctive visual identity. Large
windows and wood-inspired brise-soleils provide a balance of privacy and light, while natural materials bring warmth and timeless appeal.
Common areas are designed to enhance spatial continuity. The indoor and outdoor
swimming pools are positioned to maintain an uninterrupted visual flow, contributing to a
serene atmosphere. Pathways lead to a variety of shared spaces, including a dedicated
event lounge and a private pool in the Gourmet area, conceived to extend the comfort of
home. Practical features like an on-site convenience store and dedicated delivery zones add
to everyday ease.
