The prime location of the plot combines stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean with proximity to the main city park – two key elements that shaped the project’s concept of tranquil and comfortable living. The architecture features a contemporary design with horizontal lines. It optimizes both the views and outdoor spaces, creating an environment where the area’s natural beauty flows into each home, promoting a fluid transition between interior and exterior, emphasized by its open layouts and selected finishes.

Set to achieve BREEAM certification and equipped with nearly 1,600 m² of solar panels, Nomad Eden minimizes its environmental impact, especially since the waste from demolishing existing structures will be reused in the concrete composition of the new buildings. Its design, solar orientation, material selection, and energy-efficient solutions are aligned with an environmentally conscious approach incorporated into the project.

The project also includes a range of amenities such as a 24-hour doorman service, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna, shared gardens, a fitness center and spa, and a co-working space to be used by all residents. Technology also plays a central role, as each apartment is equipped with home automation systems, and the garage floors have private boxes and charging stations for electric vehicles.
