Upon entering, the home showcases a beautiful blend of classic and contemporary elements. The exterior exudes an English classical charm with its use of grey and green stone, intricate groove detailing, and classical chajjas. Juliet balconies and subtle curves add a touch of timeless elegance, setting it apart from traditional Punjabi architecture.

Living and Dining Area

Inside, the interior reflects a transitional design approach. Rather than relying on bold colours, the focus is on highlighting select pieces. Sabyasachi fabrics accentuate particular sofas, while neutral tones dominate the upholstery, imparting a sense of sophistication. The double-height dining area, featuring a skylight, is anchored by a round table that fosters a sense of familial connection during meals. Natural stone elements respond dynamically to the shifting daylight, adding depth and texture to the space.

TV Lounge

The TV lounge is designed as a cosy retreat, with wallpapered ceilings and ombre curtains that enhance its inviting atmosphere. Wooden panelling complements the Italian flooring, adding warmth to the room. The lift lobby serves as a smooth transition zone, embodying elegant minimalism with its inlay patterns and Italian Botticino marble flooring. HDF mouldings introduce a modern, minimalist touch.

Kitchen

The kitchen exudes formal sophistication, with a central island crafted from grey stone sourced from Rajasthan, creating a striking focal point amid a palette of grey and white.
