At the heart of the dwelling’s design is the optimization of wind flow and light penetration to create a living space that harmonizes with the natural world. A hill-like roof structure not only serves as a playground for children but also functions as a gathering space for families, fostering social bonds and community interaction. Beneath this roof, an indoor garden offers a serene retreat where residents can reconnect with nature while basking in natural sunlight.

The roof structure is meticulously crafted to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, evoking the charm of a treehouse or pavilion. Accessible via a network of columns and stairs, the rooftop playground enhances the connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Furthermore, the orientation of the roof ensures optimal sunlight exposure throughout the day, infusing the interior with warmth and brightness.

Central to our design philosophy is the integration of communal spaces that promote social interaction and collective activities. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the residence serves as a focal point for various community gatherings and events, nurturing a sense of belonging and togetherness among residents. This highlights the transformative potential of open, inclusive spaces in fostering resilience and social cohesion during times of crisis.
