The question was: How to make the most of a minimal space so it could be an attractive studio flat for rent? Extending the entrance to the living room gave this ground-floor flat more light.
The tone is set by the light wood and white paintwork, while accessories in rich colours bring a playfulness to the interior: a mustard yellow sofa and a bookcase in a raspberry shade.
The built-in furniture gives enough room for the tenant to let their imagination run wild, and functionality goes hand in hand with aestheticism. The whole is airy, tasteful and nurtures relaxation.
