The layout was originally open, but we introduced strategic design elements to separate spaces while maintaining visual connectivity and overall aesthetic harmony. Ample storage has been incorporated seamlessly, ensuring the space remains both practical and visually appealing.
Foyer
The journey into this home begins with a welcoming foyer, a clean and minimalistic vestibule that acts as a transition between the exterior and private interiors. This space is adorned with subtle lighting and sleek storage, creating a clutter-free entrance. The material palette features a striking combination of grey stone veneer, Relwood fluted panels, MS frames, veneer, and PVC fluted panels. The main door, with its elegant grey stone veneer and fluted details, adds a refined touch to the entrance.
Drawing Room
The drawing room exudes sophistication, designed for formal gatherings with large windows that flood the space with natural light. Neutral tones, plush furnishings, and a thoughtfully designed wall featuring random rubble stone cladding, grey cement textures, and a wooden fluted ceiling bring a balance of elegance and warmth to the space.
Puja Room
A serene puja room, separated by sliding folding glass partitions, has been carefully designed to create a peaceful environment for spiritual practices.
Dining Area and Kitchen
The dining area, positioned adjacent to the kitchen, is an intimate and cozy space for family bonding. A modern dining table anchors the space, while the area features a decorative handwash zone and a stylish partition that ties the design together.
The kitchen, the heart of the home, is a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and functionality. With spacious countertops and abundant storage, the space is designed for convenience. The interconnected kitchen, dining area, and drawing room are separated by glass partitions, offering visual connectivity while maintaining privacy.

Each bedroom in this apartment carries its unique personality while adhering to the cohesive design theme of the home.

The master bedroom is designed to exude tranquility and comfort with its contemporary minimalistic design. A leather-finished bed is complemented by a striated textured stone cladding and wooden paneling backdrop, which continues seamlessly into the ceiling design. A decorative TV unit with a round mirror completes the space. - Parents’ Bedroom
This room features a leather-finished bed with a knitted MCM cladding backdrop. PU-finished wardrobe shutters paired with wooden fluted panels, along with wooden-finished side tables, create a cohesive and elegant atmosphere. - Children’s Bedroom
The children’s bedroom is vibrant and playful, featuring a beige pleated leather bed with a fluted panel backdrop. A decorative study table with PU fluted paneling adds a functional yet stylish touch. - Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom has a serene ambiance, enhanced by fabric-finished wallpaper and a teakwood strip bed backdrop. A full-height mirror and a color-finished ceiling provide an elegant, welcoming charm.
Design Approach
To give each bedroom its own character while maintaining the overall theme, we employed personalized design elements such as distinct wall textures, material palettes, and lighting fixtures. This careful attention to detail allowed us to balance individuality with a cohesive aesthetic.
