Designed by architect Ticiane Lima, the FV project translates the essence of contemporary minimalism into a space designed for an advertiser who lives alone and is passionate about design. Owner of a renowned optician, the client was looking for an environment that reflected his creative and sophisticated personality.
Project Name: FV project
Studio Name: Ticiane Lima

With a detailed brief, the client also wanted a space that combined warmth, comfort and practicality. An apartment to receive friends, read and express your taste in fashion. To meet these demands, the loft’s layout integrates essential elements such as double height ceilings and a large window that allows natural light to enter. The natural light also emphasizes the subtle details of the project, from the wooden finishes to the careful choice of furniture and decorative objects, with emphasis on the painting and sculpture by the brazilian artist Nazareno.

The central point of the project was the minimalist approach applied in a strategic way. Household appliances and electronics, often visual protagonists of other spaces, were carefully hidden to maintain the aesthetic purity of the environment. Ticiane prioritized creative solutions that perfectly integrate technology without interfering with visual harmony, ensuring a clean and functional home.

Another key element of the project is the staircase, designed as a true design statement. In addition to its structural function, it houses a piece of furniture that serves as a steppingstone and support, maximizing the use of space in a discreet and functional way. This detail reinforces the minimalist concept of the project, where each element was designed to optimize the environment without compromising aesthetics.

Divided into different environments, the 97m² loft, located in the Itaim Bibi neighborhood, in Sao Paulo, has an integrated living room, toilet, suite, closet, bar and a charming terrace for moments of relaxation. The glass shower offers a panoramic view, creating a unique sensory experience, while the service support space complements the functionality of the property. Furthermore, sustainable practices were incorporated into the project, such as the use of sustainable porcelain flooring, certified wood, LED lamps and efficient water heating, aligning with the demands for sustainability in contemporary environments

The result is a home that reflects the client’s personality and needs, reaffirming the architect’s commitment to creating spaces that speak to the lifestyle of its inhabitants.
