The goal was to create a welcoming and cozy residence with abundant well-planned storage, generous natural light, and a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The foyer of the apartment exudes a welcoming atmosphere, evoking a sense of warmth from within. The main door introduces a rustic charm with its distinctive blend of grey-colored cement finish laminate complemented by fluted real wood. Additionally, the grill door incorporates MS grill paired with fluted glass, offering a semi-transparent view through the door. Transitioning to the vestibule, it sets the tone for visitors, providing a preview of the home’s design aesthetic. It maintains the same design motif as the door, featuring grey-colored cement finish laminate alongside teakwood patti and fluted real wood. Moreover, a functional and visually appealing sitting ledge enhances the vestibule’s charm.

A relaxed and laid-back interior design imbues this home with a distinctive character and ambiance. The common areas of the home are adorned in a soothing palette of beige, showcased in both matte and glossy finishes. These beige tones serve as the foundation of the design, imparting depth and warmth throughout the apartment. An olive green Italian leather sofa seamlessly integrates into this neutral color scheme, creating a timeless interior aesthetic in the drawing room. The drawing room effortlessly flows into the dining area through an open plan layout, subtly delineated by interior elements such as glass partitions and furniture. The TV unit is embellished with fluted real wood, accentuated by Marble finish laminam tiles. Meanwhile, the ceiling in the drawing room features a combination of fluted real wood and grey cement spray texture, adding visual interest to the space.

The study area seamlessly connects to the drawing room, boasting a minimalist design accented by yellow back-painted glass paired with fluted real wood. The mandir area exudes a tranquil and minimalist ambiance. The entry doors feature aluminium profile shutters with a combination of clear and fluted glass, enhanced by hanging bells for added charm.
Continuing onward, the neutral color scheme of this home effortlessly extends from the kitchen to the dining area, offering a visually calming atmosphere. Additionally, we’ve incorporated a dining console with a crockery unit on the side. The wall above the dining console is adorned with decorative bronze mirrors, creating an illusion of spaciousness in the area. Adjacent to the dining space, there’s an attached balcony adorned with artificial grass flooring and natural plantings, fostering a connection with nature for the residents.

The kitchen showcases a sleek and understated design approach, characterized by smooth surfaces, minimalist cabinetry, and efficient functionality. It boasts light grey matte finish cabinetry complemented by a white Corian countertop and a back-painted glass backsplash. This area seamlessly transitions into an interconnected living, dining, mandir area, and study area, all adorned in earthy tones with contrasting materials to accentuate the interior.
In the master bedroom, the soft palette extends with an MCM straw and veneer backdrop, harmonizing with dark beige leather finish headboards for the bed. The ceiling features fabric texture wallpaper, complementing the light beige back-painted glass wardrobe shutters. Additionally, a small office nook stands out with fluted real wood accents that extend seamlessly to the ceiling.

In the Parents’ Bedroom, grey laminate tones pair elegantly with a backdrop of beige bricks, enhancing the wardrobe’s beige-colored profile shutters and the grey upholstery of the bed. The overall aesthetic is softened by rounded edges and subtle texturing.
In the son’s bedroom, an eclectic atmosphere is created with wooden finish PVC panels juxtaposed with stone veneer, extending seamlessly from the wardrobe to the walls. Neutral whites and soft muted hues balance the energetic greys, while the flooring is distinguished by wooden finish vinyl flooring.

The children’s bedroom is designed to exude a cozy and refined atmosphere. Upon arrival, one’s gaze is immediately captured by the fluted wall finished paneling behind the bed. Contrasting with the bed backdrop, the dark beige colored bed upholstery adds depth and visual interest. Additionally, a window seat is provided for relaxation and leisure.
In the guest bedroom, an earthy palette dominates, highlighted by wardrobes featuring a veneer finish paired with beige back-painted glass, along with veneer side tables. Throughout the home’s interiors, simplicity reigns supreme, emphasizing clean lines and spacious, clutter-free areas that allow the design to flourish.

Design that is timeless should feel both of the moment and everlasting. It should seem effortlessly elegant and be able to balance practicality with style. This Apartment is designed with the same design philosophy that practically reflects in the satisfaction level of the client.
