Take into account the need for parking spaces in the amount of 172 cars on the roof of the integral property complex;
To propose improvement measures on the territory of a complete property complex in order to develop public space, pedestrian connections and the comfort of people’s stay in the design territory;
The boundary elevation of the building after reconstruction is 25 m. The number of floors of the projected building is 4.
