Located on the former border strip between East and West Berlin, the site is characterised by upheavals that are reflected in the design of the building: Depending on the viewer’s perspective, the net-like facade appears in different facets.

The eye- catching feature of the building is the main entrance roof, which contrasts the clearly structured facade. The square floor plan with a central access core allows flexible offices of different sizes to be realised.
