Hilton Paris Casino Hotel

With a 50 storey tall, half scaled Eiffel tower, the Hilton Paris hotel is hard to miss for the eye. The hotel also has replicas of the Arc de Triomphe, the Paris Opera House, the Hotel de Ville and the Louvre. With 2916 guest rooms, it is one of the largest luxury vacation hotels in Las Vegas. The structure radiates post modernism style of architecture and obvious to the eyes, the theme the hotel is set to is Paris. The hotel tower structure is inspired from the Hotel DeVille in Paris.

Hilton Grand Vacations Club on Las Vegas Strip

This 10 acre luxury destination resort is located at the north end of the Las Vegas strip, conveniently close to the entertainment, shopping and gaming sections of the city district. The luxury amenities include a 4000 square feet spa, pools and poolside bars, spacious restaurants, lounges and quaint shops.  The club spread in four high rise towers, has 2876 rooms, a central lobby and a 14 storied parking structure. The whole of the structure is designed in desert art deco style.

The Dwight- Berkeley, California

Designed to LEED gold standards, the housing complex redefines urban residential architecture. Marking the entry to the Berkeley downtown area, the 2107 Dwight way is set at the corner of the Shattuck Avenue. Apart from the 99 housing units, the true attraction of the design is the central landscaped courtyard and the roof deck with outdoor grilling and fire pits. The clear blue glass and dulled white walls create a fresh façade that not only looks different, but brings in a breath of young energy.  Parking facilities include car share facilities, residential parking, bike storage facilities etc. the 5000 square feet ground floor area is dedicated fully to retail.

Higby- Berkeley, California

The Higby in Berkeley, California is a multi-family housing complex completed in the year 2015. Owned by the Gerding Edlen Development, the structure has a total spread of 7770 square feet, and holds 98 residential units. The whole of the ground floor is set aside for retail, and rest of the amenities include lobby, fitness, roof deck and leasing office. The range of residential units includes studio, one, two and three bedroom units. The colour palette is set to neutral, with shades of beige and brown forming the major chunk of the views and occasional tints of blue for highlighting.  With a firm hold on sustainability, the design targeted a LEED gold certification.

Fetters Apartments- Sonoma, California

This beautiful undertaking of affordable housing initiative was fulfilled as the first phase of the Sonoma Springs Mixed-Use Project. It consists of 60 affordable rental family apartments, centrally placed in the Sonoma valley. The project includes on-site resident services, recreational spaces for children and a community building with kitchen, laundry and entertainment features. Introduction of bicycle and pedestrian trails along with sidewalk enhancement was carried out to improve the area along the project. The project is Green Point rated and meets Cal Green Tier 1 requirements.
