ProMedica’s headquarters is an adaptive re-use of two buildings: a historic, Daniel Burnham-designed steam plant, 124,000 square feet, and a brutalist junction building, 102,000 square feet. The campus represents an architectural timeline of the development of the Toledo waterfront– a fresh vision for two existing buildings energizes the city’s waterfront with new life.

23. LA Rams Headquarters

It is a 3 million-square-foot multipurpose venue that will be the newest home to the NFL’s L.A. Rams. Located on 298 acres and just east of Los Angeles International Airport in Inglewood, California, the stadium is designed to host world-class sporting events and college championships.

24. W Hotel Bellevue

A part of the 1.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use Lincoln Square Expansion project in Bellevue’s Eastside community. The development by HKS includes upscale retail and entertainment venues, Class A o ice, residential, as well as six floors of parking and elevated pedestrian bridges. The design narrative is drawn from the multifaceted history of Bellevue, to evoke the unique history and contemporary culture of the hotel’s location. The lake house archetype serves as a framework for the many threads of the Bellevue narrative, replete with references to the wilderness, rugged individualists, strawberry farms, summer vacations at the lake and suburbia.

25. MGM National Harbor
Location: National Harbor, Maryland, USA

MGM National Harbor draws inspiration from the strength and timeless qualities of the capital’s architectural legacy. A preference for “white architecture” was established to respect the marble structures in the District, and this resultant vision called for a landmark tower – single architectural gesture: a massive plinth, or base, which
supports the primary program of 24 – storey tower rotated by 33 degrees from axis to deepen the heart of the district.

26. Parkway Health Gleneagles Shanghai International Hospital

Design a multi-specialty general hospital that supports Shanghai’s transformation into a medical tourism destination that also supports the local population. The project is a part of the New Hongqiao International Medical Center masterplan. A full-service interventional suite, infusion center, and lifestyle services cater to both the local population and the international medical tourism market.
