1. Luxurious Single Family House
Location: North Tustin, California, USA
The residential unit sits on the lap of a highly contoured terrain in the countryside, with the look and feel of modern architectural design. The house is a set of intertwined cubes juxtaposed with open terraces and decks such that the natural environment it is set in, can be inhaled from any point in the house.
Sharm Grand Plaza is a sea-facing resort with an architecture that takes complete advantage of the mesmerizing views. It seems to blend flawlessly in its natural environment.
Custom Modern House is a middle-sized family home with fairly transparent facades that diminish the boundary between inside and outside. The classic white with a wooden material palette has a rather calming effect.
The house at Dana Point 31 is yet another hillside house with a beautiful context. Owing to the ivory interior and the light-toned wooden flooring, the vivacious views of the valley are accentuated through the windows.
Tropitel is planned such that the rooms border the large landscape of recreational activities of the hotel. The built and unbuilt seamlessly interlocks to ultimately meet the ocean.
The architecture of St. Thomas Church features a compelling composition of domes and arches. The free-standing campanile has a modern touch to it and symbolically marks the presence of the church.
The Irvine house has a unique characteristic of having several spaces effortlessly amalgamated into one space. The natural light that is infused through the large windows enhances the spatial quality of the house and complements its volumes.

The project proposes a distinctive mix of contemporary and ranch-style of architecture. The built mass is broken up through the alternating wall planes such that exterior decks can be oriented along the rear side of the house.

The project is proposed as a two-story single-family house that is seated on steep terrain. The rear façade of the house facing the valley offers picturesque views with numerous openings and balcony spaces.
The elaborate façade treatment and use of a contrasting color palette give a contemporary touch to the project. It is remarkable to see how the front façade completely shuns a connection to the outside while the rear embraces it in entirety with the play of open decks and large windows.
