The Sales Centre is in an 18,000 sq. ft. free standing building and includes a spacious 5,000 sq. ft. lobby and a sales floor for 180 people. The design breaks the monotonous setup of a typical Sales Centre having long tables and chairs by bringing in the spa-resort vibes.

According to Margit Whitlock AIA, Principal and Creative Director, “The décor was influenced by the demographic of the vibrant, cosmopolitan, tech-savvy buyers in Atlanta. The earthy color palette pops with orange and green accents to keep the space neutral but fresh.”
