The firm began in 1968 under the strong leadership of Bill Thompson, Tom Ventulett, and Ray Stainback. Since the launch of its first project in 1972, and the first outside country project in 1990 it has successfully completed 50 years in this business. 

The firm has achieved excellence in design and client satisfaction. The firm widely practices in Atlanta being its headquarters and also has offices in Chicago, Florida, and Shanghai. 1. Music City Centre | TVS Designs

The convention center acts as a catalyst to bring new life to the SOBRO neighborhood of Nashville. The design opens up new avenues for business by placing commercial and cultural avenues along the pedestrian and vehicular corridor. It also connects Nashville’s rich music history with new forms of displaying the art, holding meetings, and inviting tourism for it to flourish.

2. College Football Hall of Fame

The legacy, tradition, and love for a college football game are beautifully expressed in this iconic building located in Atlanta. The attraction consists of multiple galleries, theatre, football field that culminates on the third floor. The galleries include various digitally interactive exhibits and personalized touchpoints like a 55ft wide and 29 ft high entry wall of the college football team’s helmets that lights up only the visitor’s helmet upon entering. It also has a 52ft touchscreen wall and an RFID-enabled, multi-touch system that allows fans to interact with videos and images specific to their favorite college football teams.

3. Vision Tower at Business Bay

A beacon of development for Dubai’s newest business district, Vision tower is an elegant 67- story office building that delivers over 6,50,000 sq. ft. of prestige-class leasable office space. The bent glass façade gives it the iconic look. It offers great views to the Business Bay Creek

4. Galaxy Mall

Galaxy Mall ranks among the top five largest retail complexes in China and embraces culture, nature, fashion, entertainment, social interaction, and contemplation making it the new cultural landmark of the city offering dynamic experiences to its visitors. The building is arranged along a gentle arc and at its focal point is a crystalline building featuring exclusive restaurants. The commercial complex creates a unique shopping and dining experience as it is organized around four distinctive courtyards – the Sun, Moon, Star, and Earth. Another highlight of this project is a central lake that extends into a dramatic waterfall.

5. Nanchang Aquarium | TVS Designs

A multi-sensory Aquarium that offers its visitors a unique multi-sensory underwater experience of the Pacific Ocean is located in China. The interiors generate five unique aquatic experiences which include falling water passageways, a rainforest canopy walk, 360-degree views of habitats, and multimedia walls that engage, known as “jewels of the Pacific.”

6. LPL Financial

A commercial office space consisting of two slender buildings are built revolving around the concept of energy conservation, employee wellness goals, and maximizing natural light and views to the outdoors. The design concept for the project was that of ‘inside-out’ by providing a glass stairwell connecting the interior with exteriors. The two-storey lobby receives ample amounts of natural daylight and expansive views of the lake.

7. Mall Plaza Los Dominicos

A single destination plaza that features small shops, mini-anchors and department stores, cinema, food courts, and an arcade help people to avoid making multiple trips to several single-function facilities. The active façade of the building and complex synthesis of outdoor entertainment aims at creating a synergy between nature and community.

8. Auburn University – Mell Classroom Building © Rbd Library

An integral part of the Auburn University, the Mell Classroom building offers multiple formal and informal learning spaces to its students. It features specially designed areas outside each classroom called spark spaces that encourage impromptu conversations; open areas adjacent to corridors called fireboxes that boost their brainstorming sessions; and study rooms with better acoustics and visual privacy encouraging individual studying.

9. Confidential Caribbean Resort Development

The project revolves around master-planning for a luxurious waterfront with mixed-use development, creation of lagoons, waterfront villas, casinos, five-star resorts, spa, and numerous other facilities. The 5-star resort incorporates the essence of the ocean through its immersive and organic design providing great views of the beachfront and tropical vegetation.

10. Nanjing International Expo Centre | TVS Designs

Nanjing Conference Centre takes its inspiration from the natural local environment of the Nanjing city. The spatial experience tries to integrate the mountains, water, trees, and the historic feel of the city into this design. This complex features a grand entry plaza with multiple exhibit halls, conference centers, meeting rooms, and outdoor exhibition spaces. Located in the city’s new downtown area the design is like a centerpiece of the city offering dynamic views of the surroundings.

11. Atlanta United – Training Ground | TVS Designs

A state-of-the-art football training facility that is more than just a locker room; a training gym, dining area, open kitchen, sauna, are just a few of the amenities it provides. The dining space has hangout places to encourage interactions.

12. Maram Residences

A luxury residential tower located in the heart of the Burj Khalifa District is designed around the concept of crystal and shell. The shading wall which is the shell is located on the sun side of the building with narrow openings for light and air is inspired by desert architecture. The crystalline is the north face away from the sun that offers great views of the iconic Burj Khalifa.

13. Mercedes-Benz Stadium Clubs

The clubs provide an iconic and unparalleled fan experience. The project draws its inspiration from origami wing-shaped forms that create strong angles. Wood is used in its premium spaces, evoking the idea of the nest, with hints of red added to complement the branding. The iconic feather sculpture grabs the attention of its visitors.

14. Evn Land

A mixed-use development project on a riverfront site is designed to be the premier sustainable LOTUS certified residential project in Vietnam. It is a sustainable design project that tries to minimize solar gains and maximize expansive views of the Ho Chi Minh City and Ben Nghe River. The first phase consists of three 33-storey towers and a provision for future expansion of additional phases.

15. Restaurant Row | TVS Designs

Being situated at an intersection with adjacent offices and surrounding retail; Restaurant Row comprises five restaurants arranged around a common circular plaza that envelops landscape and water features and elevated dining areas. The project creates indoor-outdoor dining experiences and designs each restaurant with a unique identity.
