1. Piramal School of Leadership | StudioPod
The project beholds the essence from several ideas into one, the ideology strikes beyond any eased out masterplan; branching out to several units and hierarchy of spaces. The project implements to work out open areas as teaching grounds, referring to the old roots of the education system, and also connecting the streets to housing chowks.
2. Yusuf Meherally Centre
The training facility caters to the needs of the village bystanders and their neighborhood, a set-up being friendly with nature, which lies near a bird sanctuary. The certainty of the plan explains the green cover and structures that respond to the site by not interfering at large. The site also caters to a pond that collects the rainwater throughout and profiles it as a leisure walk trail.
3. Stree(T)Scapes; Re-thinking of M.S Ali street, Girgaon | StudioPod
The project anchors on the situation of women safety and brutality faced by gender, it aims to defend and eliminate these actions in the neighborhood by being the mediator with the by-passers. StudioPod briefly works on the street nodes and divides them into zones, to cater to the situation within walkable spaces, carriageways, and Junctions. The proposal directs the user to a defined pathway and arrays of the public realm.
4. Guhagar City development Plan
The development for the coastal town; Guhagar placed in the Konkan region of Maharashtra, covered with dense forests from the westward region and surrounded by beaches on the other; the planning and project elucidates towards the development and heightening the economy in the vicinity by enhancing the land cover with user comfort.
5. CSVTU Campus Master Plan | StudioPod
The Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand technical university campus, vastly spread through 250 acres of land, covered with a water reservoir on the east side. The project has been brought up with sustainable features, namely wastewater management, energy generation, and passive cooling building design. The campus also witnesses biophilic design as an element.
6. Dal Lake Vision Plan
This project overlooks the Dal Lake for as a stretch of varied touristic visiting points, creating a corridor for the visitors to experience the vicinity at once. Enhancing the experience of the nearby destinations by redesigning and making it convenient from the visitor’s point of view, also shaping the vistas as a stall point at the junctions to hoard the travelers at arrival.
7. Naya Raipur Model School
An educational institute with multi-faceted components covers over 29 acres of campus. The site has been split up by an arterial road justifying the site into two parts, with academics and sports on either side. The masterplan stratagem lays cover to the accessibility, built-up zones, landscapes, and reducing the vehicular movement across the site.
8. Gurgaon Open Space Strategy Toolkit | StudioPod
A module-based system harmonically working to cater to the culture, imparting social barriers, and cultivating an ecological principality together through a public open space, which serves community-based activities, connecting neighborhood to nature, and using the volume to maximize the public interaction.
9. Reimagining Chennai’s Buckingham Canal
Water being the primary element plays a lot with our needs and requirements. The revitalization of this entity is the foremost important liability for the individual; the project focuses on the intense correlation of the body with social, political, economic, and environmental risks. The project emphasizes the humane activities around the canal boosting the locale Micro-economy—an organized way of conducting and diversifying actions around the canal.
10. Developments of intersections at Ranchi | StudioPod
Traffic congestion and its flow have always been a redundant issue with the streets; StudioPod has designed these intersections to cut short these trivial problems with a solution of reducing vehicular traffic and introducing the cycle tracks and raised pedestrian crossing, the red portal frames act as the cynosure to the project. The intersection raises the stature of the surrounding.
