This project, located in Jinan, covers an area of approximately 1,500 square meters. It is a multifunctional commercial complex integrating offices, meeting rooms, exhibition spaces, and a dining bar. Here, we have redefined the modern commercial space from a design perspective, striving to achieve a perfect balance between high efficiency and exceptional experience within the same space.
The design inspiration stems from the mysterious symbolism of “M27,” combined with elements from 1980s American cinemas and office settings, weaving together retro-futurism, minimalist classics, playful fashion, and pop culture. Every design detail narrates a story about “exploration and the future.”
With functionality in mind, we have employed color contrasts and material mix-and-match to create a diverse and unique spatial effect, crafting a visual scene that is both classic and harmonious. The fusion of materials such as wood, metal, glass, and stone imbues the space with warmth and depth, while also delivering a strong visual impact, making every design element captivating.
In the office and meeting areas, we have ensured efficient interactivity through rational layout, while also focusing on comfort and privacy, balancing business needs with experiential quality. Every space is designed to enhance work efficiency while providing a tranquil and focused atmosphere.
The dining bar area emphasizes ambiance creation and sensory experiences. Multimedia content and the interplay of light and shadow flow with the rhythm of the music, complementing the joyful and relaxed social atmosphere. Here, visitors can not only savor fine food and drinks but also enjoy a unique spatial experience, releasing their mind and body, and feeling warmth and a sense of belonging.
We aim to convey not just a multifunctional commercial space, but a new spatial experience and lifestyle. Guided by the M27 philosophy, we break conventions to create a unique setting that allows one to escape reality without losing warmth and a sense of belonging.
In this space, time seems to take on a new meaning, with every corner telling a story of comfort, inspiration, and belonging.
