Located in the heart of Hyderabad, the 17 Degrees North Club is a luxurious retreat that merges traditional Hyderabadi charm with modern design. Drawing inspiration from the city’s rich heritage, the project aims to honor its legacy while seamlessly incorporating contemporary elements.

The design takes cues from the grandeur of the Nizams, utilizing shades of gold and yellow, intricate wall motifs, and ceiling-mounted lights, evoking the elegance of the era. Modern touches, like pearl accents in wall art and contemporary lighting, offer a refreshing blend of the old and new.
Guests are welcomed into a grand lobby featuring a sleek reception desk set against rustic marble, beneath a stunning parametric crystal chandelier that cascades through the double-height space. This striking feature, connecting the reception area with the waiting lounge, symbolizes Hyderabad’s famed gem industry.
To the left of the lobby lies an all-day dining restaurant and café, forming the heart of the club’s food and beverage offerings. A specialty restaurant complements the experience. To the right are the banquet halls, each spanning 10,000 to 12,000 square feet, opening out to a spacious lawn accessible via a designated drop-off area. At the far end of the lobby, contemporary arches reminiscent of Nizami architecture lead guests into an opulent spa, offering a serene space for relaxation.
Throughout the interiors, Hyderabadi cultural elements like Kalamkari art and block printing are thoughtfully integrated. The guest rooms reflect this theme, featuring luxurious materials and curved parametric headboards that pay homage to the city’s semi-precious stone craftsmanship.
The upper floors host a business lounge, conference rooms, and a modern gym tailored for corporate members. An expansive bar provides a space for informal gatherings and private meetings, while the top floor includes an indoor sports and children’s play area, making the club a fully inclusive destination for recreation.
Outdoor facilities cater to both leisure and sports, with tennis and volleyball courts, a football field, and a box cricket area. The design team has reimagined the architectural constraints, transforming the space into a luxurious haven—a true masterpiece within Hyderabad.
Using a thoughtful mix of stone, metal, and glass, the materials reflect the club’s commitment to both elegance and durability, establishing the 17 Degrees North Club as a landmark of luxury in Hyderabad.
