In a world bustling with chaos and wellness centres opting for the conventional designs, our challenge was to create something entirely different. The goal was to transform a blank 2000 sq. ft shell into a destination that would feel less like a visit to the doctor and more like a journey, an escape to a peaceful haven.

Our architectural and interior designing team was tasked with a unique challenge—to create a one stop destination for beauty and wellness, defined by the principle of simplicity with sophistication. Our client’s vision was very clear—they wanted a space that would have the wow factor, one that captivates and allows you to be truly immersed in its embrace.

We achieved this by using a soothing palette of beige, muted, and natural tones, inspired by
elements like sand and earth. This color choice creates a sense of warmth and comfort, grounding the space in organic serenity. We layered this color story with a rich variety of textures, from terrazzo flooring to textured paint, adding depth without disrupting the calm.

A key design choice was the use of soft edges and curves. By avoiding harsh, sharp corners, we intentionally crafted a welcoming and calming environment that puts visitors at ease by reducing visual tension.

Every room was designed for a specific purpose. The Panchakarma room was created as a sensory cocoon, with a twinkling “night sky” ceiling that encourages a deeper, more meditative state. In a playful twist on traditional medical spaces, the IV lounge was designed to feel like a chic party venue, proving that wellness can be a social and enjoyable experience.
The success of the project lay not only in its unique design but also in its swift execution, completed on time within a three-month deadline, without compromising on quality or the vision.

As our firm’s principal explains, “We believe that the healing process begins the moment you enter the door. Our design for Orijine is a testament to the idea that a space itself can be a catalyst for wellness.”
