4. Ekta World, Mumbai

With a large sculpture in the center of the office which represents unity, the office of Ekta world spread over 5000 sq. Feet having a large multi-screen video wall display dramatically changes the visual of the space. Chandelier from Windfall, Lighting from Flos and viabizzuno, music, and high-end automation systems everything adds up to the contemporary look and feel of the luxurious office.

5. IT Park, Mumbai

Located in Navi Mumbai, this urban IT park design by ZZ architects aims to create large span office floor plates for flexible usage. To ensure the flow of natural light on the floor, the building has been designed with a sculptural façade. The lobbies are luxurious and have a good double-height volume.

8. Miss T, Mumbai

This two-story bungalow hosts a very chic South-east Asian restaurant named Miss T. The walls have been finished in a special, heavily padded fabric that mimics tree bark. The multitude of colors with shades of blue, orange, green, and red with recurring appearances across the two floors showcases the sophisticated and inventive design of the architects.

Located in Bandra, Mumbai this restaurant is designed as a well-fashioned and chic joint. The overall look of the restaurant is very international and is inspired by Ar. Krupa Zubin and Zubin Zainuddin’s many trips to fashionable districts of Milan. A subtle and elegant color scheme runs throughout the restaurant which radiates style & comfort making it one of the poshest restaurants of Mumbai.

Located in Bangalore, the lavish Agarwal Bungalow is a treat to the eyes. With its interior just as sophisticated as its exterior, the bungalow is made out of top-quality materials. Located in Mumbai, H&Fs is a highly sophisticated modern studio apartment. It received accolades for its luxury spa cum hotel room and its inventive use of space and a very strong and diverse material palette.
