The challenge lay in designing this project was to incorporate a small pantry, waiting area, workstation and an MD Cabin in a space of 400 sq. ft. But ASD design solutions aimed for giving an apt space to each area along a one line which resolves the issue of circulation and the outcome is an apt blend of Indian elegance and earthy design without compromising the ease or practicality.

ASD Studio believes that the entrance is the showstopper of any space. The teal blast wooden block knob applauding the grey entrance, and the teal blast see through Roman door giving a progressing view of inside which stimulates the visitor to look what is in.

As soon as the visitor enters the waiting area adorned with Chaarpai, patterns, art forms and design elements and the warm ambience of the space propounds a warm welcome to their visitors with the soothing and earthy domain. Curtains with a cypress tree block print adding to the tranquillity that place offers to the visitors.

The dynamic way in which one experiences the space is reflective of Indian heritage meeting new age design. Segregated by a jaali partition, and open working space desks with a traditional lighting levels for their regular activities makes it an ideal place for the personnel to work.

The wall ornamented with 3 reflection photos and has been placed inverted which says that whatever the services that client offers is a reflective of India and its culture. The MD cabin opts for a modern simple look with a solid backdrop ornamented with the sanganeri block prints and the ceiling with the map of Rajasthan which gives an inkling that owner belongs to a place which is having rich art, craft and Culture.  Indian design elements used in the projects like sanganeri blocks, brackets, jaali and colors used in the space brings Indian elegance to life and that is what ASD Studio was aiming for.
