The main idea of the project is to reconvert completely a Traditional Arabic Villa into a modern Technological Lab. The plot where is located, it is in the center of the city in the main square. The status of the existing building was semiruins.

It is proposed a modern image and technology that reflects the Image of the Vibrant and BOLD outgrowing Aesthetic brand in Paris. The whole outlook has been rebranded to have a sophisticated and futuristic outlook. The light boxes illuminate different patterns and shades of the Color scheme of the Brand.
The program presented various challenges; salvage the interesting aspects of the original building and make the interior completely functional and adaptable to uses ranging from exhibitions to debates. Aesthetic interventions were not just confined to the exterior.
Smaller black panels are irregularly interjected outwards from the ribs and support the building’s exterior lighting. On one side, which faces the town’s main square, these ribs are interrupted by the abrupt appearance of the Villas original entrance and balcony.
‘The idea was to make the facade as visually pleasing as possible in order to attract people inside,’ continues Torres. ‘And to present the idea of an old building wrapped inside a new one.’
