Winning the project, The Infosys campus, Nagpur through a competition made them shift their gears. MR. Narayan Murthy who was fully engrossed in its developments wished for a “net-zero” model, that meant tiny buildings, separately complete structures, very little school – all resulting in shaping the long run of property. The plan evolved from the notion of understanding the capability of the site; a capability determined by functions like energy, water, the earth science of the land, alongside essential rules of urban design touching on light-weight, ventilation, and shading. The utilization of passive ways through the project aids in reducing energy necessities to one-fifth of the consumption of a typical workplace. The Innovative Design of the Building
