Belcaro Contemporary: This contemporary home rests on .8 acres in the distinguished Belcaro neighborhood. Designer Court Earp and his team collaborated with Nest Architectural Design and Old Greenwich Builders on the 10,000 sq ft. remodel. The main level of this home was gutted and re-configured so each space could take advantage of its lush exterior living spaces.

Designer: Court Earp
Team: Scott Parker and Scott Hammond, from Nest Architectural Design
Status: Built

The interior is anchored by a stunning double sided concrete fireplace that serves as a center point in the home. The kitchen island has a warm backlit countertop surrounded by fumed oak cabinetry, which contrasts with the impressive limestone floors. A large Weiland door was installed in the great room, which opens to the pool deck. This created an extraordinary indoor/outdoor space perfect for entertaining. The overall design has a fine balance of sophistication and edginess that creates an engaging ambiance filled with natural light, a variety of textures, and splashes of color.
