The apartments, ranging from 335 m² to 821 m², boast panoramic views facilitated by glassed-in balconies on all facades. The deliberate extension of slabs beyond the balustrade adds an element of lightness and elegance, creating a visually striking effect of stacked blocks.

The horizontal segmentation of volumetrics imparts a harmonious and lightweight ambiance. The intentional stacking of slabs connected by support columns forms a cohesive and slender composition. A grid of horizontal and perpendicular lines densifies towards the center of the facade, gradually dissolving towards the edges, seamlessly merging the building with the city skyline.

Championing the art of optimization, the team faced the challenge of developing a high-end building on a 1,300 m² plot. Pablo Slemenson, the principal partner, emphasized, “This limitation required the team to conceive a perfect fit between the program and the future residents’ needs.” The common area, though modest, features a swimming pool, gym, sauna, massage area, and a playroom, carefully enhancing the cityscape.

Muxarabi: A Touch of Arab Elegance

To address the challenge of proximity to the street, the team drew inspiration from Arab architecture. The introduction of a metal ‘muxarabi’ on the facade achieved a sense of separation from the street, creating a sheltered space. This lattice not only controls ventilation and natural light but also adds dynamism and rhythm to the layout, contrasting elegantly with the exposed solid brick cladding chosen for its durability and weather resistance.
