Core design factors such as local climate, solar conditions, indoor layouts, or construction materials, provide a thermal comfort and improve inhabitants contentment. Furthermore, the house is equipped with numerous technical innovations, high and low technology solutions to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness. The house is designed with a concern about the quality of air and water, energy consumption, and smart waste management. It is remotely monitored and accessible. The aim is to control and optimize resource usage.

A minimalist form of the house combines a composition of cuboid solids with flat and angled roofs. It was designed with a large trapezoid terrace, extensive panoramic windows, and exterior sliding sun shutters. The building consists of a spacious kitchen-living combo area with sliding glass doors and corner panoramic windows, a contemporary open workspace, a fitness room, an utility room, four bathrooms, and three comfortable bedrooms. Each room has a large balcony or a terrace. A stairway is designed with an extensive glazing curtain wall.

The house has a plethora of remote controls, smart sensors, and indoor high-tech improvements such as 3D sound and video devices, a home cinema, a high-speed internet connection, and other technological amenities. Additionally, energy efficient systems include solar panels, an air-source heating system and underfloor heating. The house also has a central vacuum system to protect from allergens and ensure clean air.

The house design applies rigorous energy-efficient parameters and generates approximately more energy than it consumes annually.
