A site with 17 meters of slope, an incredible view of Lake Guaíba, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Porto Alegre. Casa BV came up with a differentiated proposal based on the ideas of customers who wanted a house with clean and fast construction, sustainable and with accessible terraces on all roofs, which was allowed by the terrain.

The biggest challenge, based on many studies, was to place the house on a site with such a steep slope and little width, so that the volumetry was interesting and at the same time did not modify the topography of the site so much. The apparent metallic structure was a conceptual strategy, as well as the other materials used. The house is spread over four levels, with access at the lowest level of the site.

Through a covered staircase, you can access the terrace above the garage and the social level of the house, where the swimming pool is located. At its highest level is the intimate area with, master suite, double bedroom and home office with the possibility of becoming a single bedroom. In its last and approved study, Casa BV is discreet and secluded in its site, enjoying the most beautiful view that the city can offer from within.
