The main area of the house is an open space with living room, kitchen and dining room around a fireplace, which opens onto a terrace with porch and swimming pool. A terrace area that will be the central space of the house.

On the other hand, the bedrooms occupy the other area of the house, these are connected through a corridor that is linked to a landscaped courtyard.

With this project, the aim is to preserve the traditional aesthetics of Mallorcan country houses but incorporating a more contemporary point of view into the design.

A reinterpretation of the typical sloping roofs of Arabic tiles has been carried out. The aim is to give this architectural element more relevance by creating a limestone plinth on which it rests, visually enhancing its volumetry.
