From the street level, the muted solid facade offers a degree of seclusion and privacy. The shaded entry courtyard creates a gradual shift from the streetscape to the inside of the house.

A palette of minimal and subdued materials makes up the home. The palette includes natural grey brick, wood accents, stucco walls, and concrete floors. This palette extends into the interior spaces to further strengthen the connection between inside and outside.
