Tropic Extent- a fusion of Art and Nature by Kritnam Atelier India - Sheet3

The primary principle of the constructed environment is to return it to nature. The design philosophy is a rustic motif based on the concept of living in harmony with nature. Our customer is extensively involved in the diamond industry, but he is also strongly connected with nature. As a result, knowing the nature of the customer as well as his passion for the setting. Several terms come to mind: raw, organic, rustic, tropical, and so on.
Moods & Feelings- Exposed concrete, stucco paint, fabric leather, reusable PVC modular panel.

Entrance – The primary entrance wall skin is covered with reusable fluted PVC module panels that look like firewood. Furthermore, the brushed brass logo and the plant contributed to its majesty.

About the place – Upon entering the premises, you are greeted by the rich touch of the sun’s rays and the diverse vegetation. This is more than just an office; it’s a man-made ‘small forest’ complete with an art canvas and molded furniture. The vinyl floor surface provides a smooth look and preserves the overall openness of the space. The hallway is lighted up by abundant sun rays that are connected to a lead thin-frame glass partition layer that gives you the impression that you are standing outdoors in the greenery since the sun’s rays are scattered evenly at every corner. All staterooms are totally transparent, yet with minimum hindrance, privacy is maintained. A waiting lounge makes you feel like you’re in a park, but a casual lounge makes you feel more open. With rich green, an executive area provides a calming as well as cosy sense.

Art integration is inspired by the phenomenon known as ‘Diamond Dispersion,’ in which light passes through a diamond and divides into spectrum colours. This place makes use of a mix of art and science.
“We will relocate the office while continuing with the diamond work.” – The client has been informed.
So we got down with the customer and created a department-by-department list. Which day, which day, which department will be transferred, and how long will the shift take? In a word, we began the project by paying attention to every detail.

About the New Space Design- For an execution, each furniture component was prepared in particular details using comprehensive 3D models, so that it could be simply understood, executed, and obtained the intended outcome. All executive furniture is uniquely developed in the modular furniture style. The reception table is embellished with a pattern of diamond facets, which adds to the elegance of the furniture.

Concerning machinery and repurposed furnishings for both manufacturing zones –
We took the micro-sizes of each furniture and diamond machines and real dimensions marked on the site, which made it simpler for everyone to grasp, without making any changes to the current furniture of both production zones. The team and the agencies worked all hours of the day and night. Consequently, the project was completed ahead of schedule. Each partition was re-anodized and reused in both production zones, resulting in a low cost completion of work. We finished this job in 45 days and set a new record.
