The work is characterized by a more sober exterior with straight lines, where the large glazed panels generate an interior-exterior spatial connection.
The entrance is resolved in eighth, confluence of two urban corridors of great movement.
Inside, we are greeted by a double height, a focus of intense light. A unique distribution of spaces in the field was achieved, with simple and orderly reading, thus achieving faster and more fluid attention. The image of the company was reflected in its interior design, where its colors are present in each space.
There are four clearly visible sectors: the PREMISES, with public access, and ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES, WAREHOUSE and LOADING AND UNLOADING SECTOR with private access. To differentiate these two spaces, two entrances were generated, one on the corner with the most movement and another on the side that opens onto a secondary street.
Within the upper floor space, two offices are developed, one managerial and one administrative. In the management office, a C- shaped desk was proposed for its best use, accompanied by a meeting area with large armchairs for greater comfort and tranquility. The Administrative office has several workstations to be able to carry out the work in a more agile and efficient way. Both spaces were fully designed, from their openings to their furnishings.
