Navratna Corporate Park emerged from a clear gap within Ahmedabad’s booming commercial landscape—a need for a contemporary workplace that could embody the city’s growing corporate aspirations while supporting the new realities of how people work. Set on a prominent corner plot within the Transit Oriented Development Zone, the development was envisioned as a landmark that would move beyond the traditional office block and offer an environment shaped by flexibility, wellness, and a seamless blend of technology and design.

The result is a pair of 70-metre-tall towers that stand as a unified yet dynamic presence, defined by stacked volumes wrapped in a double-layer glazing system of vertical fins, ceramic frit screens, and metallic cladding. Their sculptural form gives the complex a distinctive identity while maximising efficiency of space and natural light.
The arrival experience is anchored by a grand foyer that opens into a lively retail edge, giving commercial brands high visibility along the main road. Above this active ground plane, the towers house a series of corporate offices of varying sizes. Each office benefits from dedicated drop-offs, private elevators, and the flexibility required for tenants to craft their own brand presence. Within the floors are carefully carved interstitial spaces filled with tall vertical greens, bringing nature into the high-rise environment. These sky gardens act as breakout zones, hosting cafés, informal seating, and landscaped pockets that offer a refreshing pause within the rhythm of the workday. The façade’s sweeping glass surface is softened by these green interventions, producing a calm, breathable environment that uplifts daily experience.
Sustainability forms a quiet yet powerful backbone of the development. The planning ensures optimal daylight penetration, while operable windows and modular systems improve ventilation and adaptability. Energy-conscious features include IE3-efficiency motors, a solar photovoltaic system, LED lighting, and an efficient pumping and distribution network designed to minimise power consumption. Water management is equally robust, with a Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) sewage treatment plant that recycles treated wastewater for landscape irrigation, along with rainwater harvested through roof down-takes routed into recharge wells. Collectively, these measures significantly reduce operational costs and enhance long-term value for occupants while lowering the environmental footprint of the campus.
Completed in 2021, Navratna Corporate Park also reflects the shift in workplace expectations accelerated by the post-COVID era. The complex consciously moves away from rigid office typologies, instead creating a hybrid environment where open layouts, breakout terraces, and lush green pockets encourage movement, informal interactions, and mental well-being. The architecture promotes a balance between focused work and moments of relaxation, offering employees a setting that feels both productive and restorative.
In its architectural presence and everyday usability, the project positions itself as a forward-looking addition to Ahmedabad—an address that symbolises ambition, adaptability, and a renewed understanding of what a healthy, future-ready workplace can be.
