Featuring extensive custom fabricated steel with glass, restoration and preservation of historic brick and yellow pine wood beams over 100 years old, and removing one section of the 2nd story to create a 3 story atrium.
Located in Olde Kensington the building has become a business hub and transformed the neighborhood and helped spur gentrification and development spreading west from Fishtown.
The lobby is also a common space open to the public, with a cafe tenant. The architecture firm behind the adaptive reuse planning and design was the innovative architectural company Mamon Balas Rozner Architects .
