Located in Olde Kensington the building has become a business hub and transformed the neighborhood and helped spur gentrification and development spreading west from Fishtown.

The lobby is also a common space open to the public, with a cafe tenant.  The architecture firm behind the adaptive reuse planning and design was the innovative architectural company Mamon Balas Rozner Architects .
