Untitled Design Studio
Untitled Design Consultants, which was established in 2000, is a prominent example of how architecture may combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary business practices. Amrita Guha

An alumnus of Vaastu Kala Academy, New Delhi, and Rachna Sansad, Mumbai, Guha began her career amidst the crosscurrents of modernism and post-modern classicism. Guha’s strategy places a strong emphasis on self-assurance and assertiveness since she thinks that rising to the top frequently necessitates leaving one’s comfort zone and accepting obstacles. Joya Nandurdikar
Joya Nandurdikar’s emphasis on innovation and sustainability provides Untitled Design with a unique viewpoint. Nandurdikar, a former lecturer who holds a diploma in interior design from Meera Bai Polytechnic, is well-versed in both traditional and modern design methods. Modi Residence
The Modi Residence in New Delhi is among Untitled Design’s most renowned projects. The use of exposed concrete, terrazzo, natural clay plaster, and local limestone not only results in an exquisite and modern living area but also reflects a dedication to sustainability. Looking towards the future, both Guha and Nandurdikar have ambitious plans for upcoming projects. Nandurdikar is excited about designing a summerhouse that incorporates biophilic architecture—a design approach that emphasizes the connection between people and nature. Her vision is to create a space that combines luxurious visuals with affordable materials, reflecting her commitment to sustainability and innovation. Guha envisions developing a boutique resort near the sea, focusing on creating unique and appealing spaces that evolve with emerging design trends. By consistently producing projects that push the frontiers of design while addressing client objectives and challenges, Untitled Design’s forward-thinking approach guarantees that the company stays at the forefront of architectural innovation.
