The planning philosophy focuses on flexibility, collaboration, and employee well-being. Open workstations are seamlessly integrated with a variety of meeting rooms, focus pods, breakout spaces, and informal collaboration zones to support different styles of working.
Custom-designed furniture acts as the hero element throughout the office, introducing unique forms and refined detailing while remaining harmonious with the overall interior language. The furniture has been tailored to maximize functionality, comfort, and spatial efficiency while reinforcing TTN’s contemporary identity.
Acoustic performance was a critical design consideration due to the high concentration of collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, and private work areas. To create a comfortable and distraction-free workplace, the design incorporates high-performance carpets, acoustic wall panels, high-NRC ceiling tiles, and sound-absorbing finishes that effectively minimize reverberation and enhance speech privacy. Every material was carefully selected to balance aesthetics, durability, and acoustic efficiency.
Integrated lighting, biophilic elements, and thoughtfully curated finishes further enrich the workspace, promoting employee wellness and productivity. The overall design delivers a modern, flexible, and future-ready office environment that supports collaboration, innovation, and the evolving needs of TTN while providing a timeless and refined workplace experience.
