“We aimed to ensure that every space reflects our clients’ lifestyle: flexible, refined, and enriched with subtle luxury. With their desire for abundant natural light and a sense of openness, we adopted a spacious layout that seamlessly connects the different areas,” explains Ar. Rajkumar Kumawat.
The residence features a striking modern façade that balances clean lines with functional elegance. Layered balconies add depth and visual interest while also creating shaded outdoor extensions for the interiors. Strategically placed louvres enhance privacy, aesthetics and climate control. The use of natural stone brings a sense of solidity and timelessness to the elevation, grounding the contemporary design with warmth and texture. Together, these elements create a refined façade that is both visually dynamic and thoughtfully responsive to its environment.
The residence is a G+3 structure thoughtfully planned to accommodate a harmonious mix of living area, dining space, private bedrooms, and recreational spaces, ensuring comfort, functionality, and a well-balanced lifestyle across all levels.
The ground floor is designed with an entrance lobby that leads into a formal drawing room, along with dedicated leisure spaces including a home theatre and a spa. The first floor houses the well-planned kitchen, a double-height dining area, a pooja space, a comfortable living area, and a master bedroom with an attached toilet and walk-in closet. The second floor is reserved for private accommodation, featuring the son’s bedroom, the daughter’s bedroom, and the guest bedroom, each with attached toilets and walk-in closets. The third floor is planned as a social hub, featuring a party area connected to an open terrace with outdoor seating, along with a bar-lounge and pantry, making it ideal for gatherings and entertainment.
The entire residence is designed around a cohesive theme, featuring shades of grey with the use of flutes and grooves, as envisioned by the client.
Carefully curated paintings and decorative screens add character and visual interest to the spaces. Wall panels and flush doors reflect a refined sense of innovation in design, while the upholstery and fabrics of the furniture seamlessly complement the overall interior palette, enhancing the elegance and harmony of the home.
Additionally, the terrace is enhanced with a synthetic lawn, framed by integrated planters. A prominent sculpture acts as a visual focal point, subtly defining zones for relaxation while elevating the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.
