The journey into the residence begins at the beautifully conceived façade, an interplay of sculptural forms, soft curves, textured panels, and warm materiality. The exterior makes an instant statement, yet does so with restraint. Carefully framed openings, lush balcony greens, and strategically layered lighting create depth and dimension, presenting the home as a welcoming presence within the streetscape. The façade is not just an aesthetic gesture but a deliberate framework that infuses natural light, amplifies ventilation, and blurs the boundaries between the indoor environment and the surrounding greenery.
Vertical circulation constitutes the spinal column of The Velora, threaded by a well-designed staircase and a lift that integrates into it smoothly to facilitate comfort and access for all age groups. Functionally and visually, this vertical movement knits together the diverse atmospheres across the five levels.
From there, the spatial narrative will start by considering the basement as a personal escape zone. A music room dedicated to creativity and acoustic expression, placed side by side with a servant room that could keep the household working without interrupting the main areas of living, will make the tranquil position of the basement perfect for activities that have to be both private and immersive.
Ascending to the ground floor, visitors are greeted with a series of serene yet indulgent experiences.
