Level One: Minimalist Luxury
The living and dining areas on this level are serene and elegant. The living space is a refined blend of comfort and elegance. Soft sage-green leather seating anchors the room, complemented by an array of textured cushions in neutral tones, adding layers of visual interest. Two sleek grey armchairs face the sofa, creating a cosy conversation nook around bold, geometric coffee tables with striking black-and-white patterns. Beneath, a plush abstract-patterned rug in muted blues and greys softens the look and ties the elements together. The vertical green marble panel adds a vibrant contrast to the neutral palette, reflecting natural light and enhancing the room’s openness. Small decorative accents, from sculptural side tables to playful pops of colour like the red vase, infuse personality into the space. The overall ambiance is relaxed yet polished, with natural elements like plants bringing warmth and freshness.
The Mandir is a serene retreat, blending spirituality with artistic expression. The focal point is a vibrant hand-crafted mural depicting a tranquil landscape with rolling hills, flowing rivers, and lush trees, evoking a sense of peace. A plush green velvet stool with ornate silver legs offers a comfortable seating option, its vivid hue complementing the earthy tones of the mural. Beneath, a patterned green and gold rug anchors the space, adding warmth and texture. The white marble flooring and fluted marble walls provide a pristine backdrop, enhancing the sense of calm. Overhead, a sculptural chandelier with glass discs in shades of aqua and smoke grey casts a soft, diffused light, further elevating the ambiance.
In the master suite, leather-clad wardrobe shutters and a Statuario marble backdrop add richness, while a hanging carpet introduces warmth and texture. Custom-designed furniture ensures practicality without compromising on style. A plush burgundy armchair paired with a matching ottoman offers a cosy reading nook, while soft floral accents on the cushions and wall art bring a sense of tranquillity.
The terrace is an outdoor oasis. A double-height space features a lush vertical garden, bespoke outdoor furniture, and fibre optic lights embedded in the granite flooring, giving the effect of a starry sky.
Level Two: Drama and Opulence
The informal living room is a bold expression of eclectic sophistication. At its heart stands a striking formally-attired golden rabbit sculpture, instantly commanding attention and sparking curiosity. The seating area is anchored by plush grey sofas adorned with vibrant throw pillows in shades of blue and coral. The coffee table is a sleek black stone slab, hosting a modern chess set and sculptural vases in black and white, filled with soft pink blossoms. The ceiling – a statement piece – is a geometric grid of wooden beams and frosted glass panels, emitting a soft, diffused glow to create a sense of intimacy while accentuating the room’s architectural lines. Burnt orange velvet drapes frame the space, contrasting beautifully against cool grey sheers, while the dark accent TV wall adds drama and depth.
Shelving units along the wall display curated décor — from abstract sculptures to artful books — creating a personalized narrative. The room’s palette masterfully balances rich, moody hues with soft textiles and playful elements, crafting an ambiance that is both inviting and visually captivating. Statuario and Amazonite marble offering elegance are beautifully contrasted with the warmth of natural wood veneers. Glass and metal accents subtly reflect light, enhancing the sense of openness.
