At the first glacé of the plot, the potential of sunlight was essential. So, a beautiful façade with big windows was incorporated in front of the house. This enhanced the beauty of the house. It was clear that Reyansh had to be bold, so the design was more minimal and contemporary.

Reyansh is in the middle of the city but said so was open. Leveraging on this, Studio DSA and the client came up with various elements like stilt parking on the ground floor along with a servants’ quarter.

Towards the first floor, welcomed by a beautifully handcrafted Lord Ganesha alongside a massive door. Towards which stands an elegant living room with muted tone sofa and. As you walk through the room you come across a puja room which has an art piece of Om reflecting peace and harmony. A small bedroom can never go wrong. The kitchen has various tone of white, very minimal yet convenient and well-designed.

As you go up, the second floor has a small common area for the members to get together. There are 2 bedrooms – one kid’s room and a master bedroom. Every room has some very special requests fulfilled; hence it is so special. The master bedroom has a play with muted white, grey along with pink as the highlight of the room. It also has a walk-in closet with a dashing bathroom.

The kid’s bedroom on the other hand was very raw, just like they wanted. Using wooden effect with white and a play with artistic elements lifting the room. Attached bathroom carrying the same raw theme, a black marble is placed as a focus element.

Third floor, just like a king, has the best elements of the house. A terrace garden that makes the house so beautiful. The plants and bushes overflowing from above just brings out the greatness. There is a sitting area to enjoy the weather with a nice cup of tea.

Along with that there is a multipurpose room, this space is for all the gatherings and get-togethers. There is another room on the floor. This room just like the placement belongs to the head of the family. To make all the elements pop, his room is very simple, white and hints of grey. Reyansh was completed in 18 months and happiness was across the house.
