The architectural design aligns precisely with the cardinal directions, ensuring the central atrium serves as an exceptional panoramic vantage point for sunset views. The façade’s sail-like elements double as massive projection screens, creating a stunning centerpiece for an open-air landscape stage. This design also integrates a spectator zone set within the amphitheater-like embankments at the confluence of the Bolshaya and Malaya Neva Rivers.
