As you step onto the property, a charming veranda leads you to the main foyer, where the house unfolds gracefully into distinct zones, each with its unique personality yet interconnected harmoniously. At the entrance, a rustic live edge swing adds a whimsical touch, evoking playfulness. A long console adorned with an iron mirror and smart seating arrangements invites further exploration.
To the left, the living room welcomes you with its bright and airy ambiance, featuring an intriguing juxtaposition of a contemporary blue sofa against traditional millwork and an exquisite rattan chandelier. Moving to the dining room, classic elegance fills the air, highlighted by an eight-seater dining table with a wooden top and brass base. The streamlined all-wood kitchen boasts practicality and clean lines, emphasizing functionality.
Throughout the home, natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, and metal have been thoughtfully incorporated, ensuring timeless appeal and enduring quality. Underneath the staircase, a stylish bar adorned with geometric-patterned tiles and custom-made brass and glass ledges adds a captivating feature.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom offers a sumptuous sanctuary, while the adjacent bedroom features an upholstered wing headrest and bold accent chair. Upstairs, the family room is adorned with cheerful Mario Fernandez caricatures.
The eldest daughter’s bedroom boasts four-poster beds crafted with iron and wood, complemented by vibrant accents. The second daughter’s room exudes tranquility, featuring a luxuriously upholstered headboard against a backdrop of serene wall wallpaper.
