Composed of three vertical strata, the architectural ensemble unfolds over a mineral base on the ground floor, clad in stone embellished with climbing plants, which opens onto the entrance halls and the car park. The upper floors, dedicated to work and training spaces, are complemented by attics (five storeys) offering shared services, linked by walkways allowing access from roof to roof. On the facade, gold-pleated wave cladding reveals an elegant architectural style. Photovoltaic panels complete the project, contributing to a virtuous construction approach that respects the environment and saves energy.

A meticulous design ensures the smooth integration of the building complex into the existing environment, where the garrigue predominates. Surrounding the planted heart of the block, the buildings and their openings let natural light into every space. The architectural style is assertive and distinctive, creating links between spaces and users, encouraging creativity, exchanges and good living.
